CARY BELOVICZ Cary Belovicz is the managing partner of Commercial Property Advisors. Cary’s day to day responsibilities include maintaining and cultivating client relationships, direct transaction management, as well as management of the firm’s daily operations. Prior to forming Commercial Property Advisors, Cary was an advisor associate with Hendricks & Partners, a Phoenix based Multifamily Investment Banking firm specializing in institutional grade multi-family assets throughout the Midwest. At Hendricks & Partners Cary was involved with the sale of over 7,400 apartment units with and aggregate sale volume in excess of $270 million dollars. Team responsibilities included business development, proforma analysis, property valuation and transaction coordination. Cary also acted as the Principle Broker for Hendricks & Partners in Tennessee. Previous to his brokerage career, Cary worked as a regional manager for Kaftan Enterprises, an apartment management firm, where he was responsible for the daily operations of 1,122 multifamily units. Cary started his real estate career selling new construction homes & condominiums in 1998. During this time he became active in land acquisition and land development. In 2002 he earned his Michigan Builder’s license and in 2003 he earned his Michigan Real Estate Broker's License.
